We had been thinking about buying a house for years, but we started looking this year. Neither the banks we applied to nor the realtor we worked with helped us. Then one day I remembered Lesya, who helped my brother buy a house, and I called her, and it turned out that fate had a plan. Within a week I found out that we were going to be given an unexpectedly large amount of money as a loan, and then we found this house and bought it. Life doesn't throw anyone at us for nothing, and it was through Lesya that God fulfilled our dream of a house. Moreover, we became not just two people who have done business together in the past, but also two very good friends and I don't know what I am more happy about, that I found a friend like Lesya or that I finally have a house.

Our first response was very fast as well as all of our responses with Leysa Guthrey. We were buying this house with only a few days to look, since we are out of state. Every time we talked, she was very tentative to our schedule. After the closing of the house, she helped us with other details like pool cleaning, lawn care, etc. Having bought and sold many properties, she is one of two realtors in the past that we have dealt with that went way beyond what we expected them to do. We would highly recommend her for anyone's future needs.
