Jim is the most professional realtor I've ever seen. He was also super honest and pointed out deficiencies in viewed home and in several instances said quite bluntly that I could not buy that house. Jim has the useful ability to determine features that were important to us when we could not quite put a finger on them. He is very knowledgable and pointed out strengths and weaknesses as we toured various homes. He is very accommodating in his schedule to show houses and also gives families plenty of time to explore and revisit homes as needed. Jim was a huge advocate for us in negotiating our home purchase. He surpassed our expectations with a negotiation on a house that did not work out--making sure that our safety was a number 1 priority. He then worked extra hard when we quickly needed to find a different house!

Most notable was that Jim had a strong network of business professionals that were able to help throughout the entire process of buying our new home from inspectors and general contractors through to financing. We are really excited about our new home, and we wouldn't have had as much fun finding it with out Jim's dedication and work ethic.

We used Jim for buying and selling. He was great to work with. On the selling side, he was willing to hold multiple open houses to sell our condo, and he arranged a great photographer to get nice pictures on the web for better presentation. He actually sold the condo twice, because the first buyer's finances fell through. On the buying side, he blocked off entire evenings so that my wife and I could view multiple houses after work, three days in a row. He also worked closely with our mortgage broker to make sure everything was on track. Realtors can be hard to trust, but Jim earned our trust throughout the process and I'd be happy to contact him again if we are ever back in the market.

Jim patiently helped my wife and I find the ideal home, in the ideal neighborhood, and at a fantastic price! First, Jim helped us find the right location based on our needs. Second, Jim connected us to a mortgage company that followed through a complicated VA process in less than 30 days (other potential mortgage companies were quoting us 40-50 days). Third, when looking at Jim's website and identifying potential homes to view, he would quickly respond with setting up a viewing at a convenient time for us. Jim responded to emails and text messages promptly no matter what time in the day. Last, Jim helped us assess the worth and appraisal value of our home by performing a pre-assessment based on sales of homes in the area within the last year, which helped us nail a great price on our new home! Cannot say enough kind words to describe the experience, but to sum it up in two words, AWESOME REALTOR!!!
